NICK REECE
LORD MAYOR
All his life, Nick has sought to be actively engaged in public service to help others. As a young man, he was one of the original Mo Bros behind Movember, which empowers men to take charge of their own health.
As an early director of The Big Issue Nick helped give homeless and vulnerable people the means to better their own lives. As a councillor and Deputy Lord Mayor, Nick was part of the team that brought the city’s budget back into surplus.
Nick is proud to live in the City of Melbourne and to be raising his family here.

Roshena Campbell
CANDIDATE FOR DEPUTY LORD MAYOR
Moving to Melbourne as a university student, Roshena made the city her home and has spent her entire adult life working in it.
Roshena is a barrister who has acted in some of Victoria’s most significant litigation, a number of Royal Commissions including the Black Saturday Bushfires and also provided pro bono legal services.
Roshena has served as a member of the City of Melbourne council for the past four years. She has always been a strong voice for residents and traders and never hesitates to stand up for them. Nick and Roshena have worked closely together over the past four years, after running on the same ticket in the 2020 Council elections.

Hamdi Ali
Hamdi is a proud Carlton resident, family man, and community organiser. Originally from the Horn of Africa, Hamdi has spent the last 12 years actively involved in Melbourne’s community work, including running the Carlton Public Housing Estates Residents Association.
He has led initiatives such as providing recycled computers to residents and co-founding a free legal advice service for the community. Hamdi also hosts a weekly Somali-language radio show on 3CR Community Radio. His passion for digital access, community empowerment, and public discourse drives him to get good done for all residents of Melbourne.

Kevin Louey
Kevin was elected as a councilor for the City of Melbourne first in 2012, with a strong focus on supporting small businesses.
With a diverse background in business, government, and community sectors, Kevin has also served as Chief of Staff to former Lord Mayor John So. He is a passionate advocate for small businesses and plays a key role in activating the city to boost visitation.
Kevin is dedicated to getting good done by fostering business growth and ensuring Melbourne thrives as a vibrant, welcoming city for all.

A resident of the City of Melbourne for 18 years, Jannine is the deputy president and founding member of Southbank3006, a residents’ group advocating for Southbank’s livability and safety.
Known for her passion for community building, Jannine has spearheaded local road safety improvements and created the much-loved annual "Southbank A Very Merry Friend-Mas" event.
Jannine’s positive, solution-focused mindset has made her a driving force for change, rallying community support and bringing greater amenities to the area. She’s dedicated to getting good done by putting Southbank residents first and championing their needs.

Mark Scott
Mark has called Melbourne home for nearly his entire life. With a rich background that includes senior roles at Cadbury Schweppes, The Walt Disney Company, and Mattel, Mark transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2019, co-founding Ripe Cheese at Queen Vic Market. Under his leadership, Ripe Cheese won Melbourne's Small Business of the Year award in 2023.
